Ebay Want it Now: Anyone besides Scammer answer these?

I thought I'd give this feature a shot when I needed the exact model of a Western Digital 80 gig drive to restore data from a dead drive.
So far I've averaged about one response a day that has been pulled by Ebay before I got a chance to respond.
It appears that their Fraud Alert team is seriously patrolling these listings.
So...
Anyone actually use this feature - or is this another one of those overhyped things that will die a slow and painful death from disuse?

Back on topic, half the responses I get are pulled before I can reply. To be honest I never gave much thought about scammers or whatnot; I just chalked it up to Ebay being Ebay. So I generally wait a day or two to reply.
My want it now post clearly states what I am looking for and now what I am willing to pay for them.
For example I have 2 current listings; one for some 06 Heritage baseball and another for 05 Turkey Red FB. The 06 Heritage is where I have pulled most of my buys from. Even then I have had to navigate the seas of bs listings. For example right now some guy replied to my 06 Heritage want it now listing with a pack of 1987 Topps baseball. Never mind that I specifically laid out what cards I need for my set and that what he is offering me isnt even close to what I want. The real kicker is that he wanted 19.99 for the pack.
Also their is the occasional wiseguy who tries to gouge me on the price of a card because its in a want it now post.
The 05 Turkey has a generated mostly guys to shill GU or AU cards that I don't need or price gouging.
Overall I let most of it slide because the program is in its infancy.
