Designation review help

Hi all,

I'm submitting a couple Jeff's for designation review, hoping they get full steps. When filling out the form, do I need to choose a submission level at all, or just mark "designation review" on the service level? Also, what do I write on the outside of the package? Designation review?

Check "regrade" under type of submission and under service level check designation review. Yes, write designation review on the outside of the package.
