I just sent in a dozen 1956 Topps cards for grading using my collector's club coupon. What type of submission service does this fall into?

I think it falls under the regular service--you *should* have your grades in two weeks.

Next MONTH? So he's saying that if he wins, the best-case scenario is that he'll be paying for it two weeks after the auction ends?
