Of those three, probably Heritage. But why would it matter? Nothing prevents you from participating in all three, and others. Check 'em all out, and if you find stuff you like, bid.
I'm a buy the coin and not the holder and not the venue kind of person. So check all of the venues, if you like auctions, you might as well check out ANR, Stack's, Goldbergs, Bowers & Merena, Superior, as well as Heritage, Teletrade and DLRC. And there are probably some local auctions that might have decent buys with much less competition.

I think Teletrade has gone down a long ways this past year. Far too many low end coins, short or no coin description, and coins not meeting reserves. Teletrade handling of reserves is a joke.
If we had only Heritage, we could survive just fine. Some of the other auction houses tend to handle more top end coins, while Heritage has it all. Heritage online only auctions handle a large volume of ANACS net graded problem coins.
I collect Capped Bust series by variety in PCGS AU/MS grades.
I like the breadth that Heritage has. They have $50 coins and $50,000 coins, and lots of everything in between. I just wish their imaging was better and more consistent.
I'd say DLRC Heritage TT in that order. Never dealt with DLRC but never heard much bad about them. In hand I've never had a coin look worse than the picture with Heritage. In hand I've never had a coin look better than the picture with TeleTrade.
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.

but you got to wade thruogh lots of crapola at pre auction viewing to pick out the rare cherries to place your book bids on
