Most of the Isabella's I've seen have some sort of toning. Is one suspect of cleaning if it is pretty much clean? This one seems like a pretty good price right now.......
If an Isabella Quarter is color-free, chances are excellent that it has been dipped or cleaned. The linked coin does not display much luster at all - something has been done to it and it appears to be severely over-graded as well.
As much as I hate the game... if you have a coin worth several thousand dollars, you don't sell it raw. Too much to lose. If this coin is raw, it is because it is a problem coin. Someone is going to get hosed... even if they think they are smart and pay MS63 or 62 money... they are going to get a cleaned and or altered POS.
Be careful with that particular seller. I had a few good transactions with him a few years ago, then , whammo, got hit hard. The Isabella is a nice coin to have, but hold out for a better one than that. My bet it would be BB'd for improper cleaning.
That coin looks like crap. Stick with an Isabella graded by one of the major grading services. Too many dollars involved to be stuck with a piece of junk.
I recommend MS63 or MS64 grade for Isabella.
I collect Capped Bust series by variety in PCGS AU/MS grades.

Likely whizzed, or cleaned, or both.
Slowly but surely with some knowledge gained here, I am filling some of my want list. I'll keep looking.
cleaning so harsh it burned off most of the lustre on this coin
isabellas have high basil values so better wait and pay a few hundred more for an ms 61 62 pcgs coin
Here's a bad pic of my pcgs62
I recommend MS63 or MS64 grade for Isabella.
