Your thoughts please on these commems. Grade?

These are the sellers pictures so its all I've got to work with. What are your thoughts as to grade? It's hard to tell from the pics, but they don't look like they have a lot of hits on them and thought they might go MS64ish or maybe even 65???.

    They look lackluster/washed out, possibly having been cleaned or dipped and now retoning. They could easily grade MS63 or lower and I see no reason to risk your $ on uncertified examples when nice certified ones are fairly plentiful and affordable.

    From those pictures the coins could easily be AU.
