A PSA 10?

Would u say the centering is a little too suspect for a PSA 10?
We all know how tough it is to locate PSA 10's and PSA 9's in the 1971 Topps basesball series. But what was the PSA grader thinking when he gave this a 10? Nice edges (no chipping!) and sharp corners, nice color, good surfaces, ....so I'll just "screw the centering", ...and I'll give it a ten anyway?
This Billy Wilson card is currently bid-up up to $361 on the bay! And with one day to go, who knows where it will end?

And I am selling perfectly-centered, flawlessly-cornered 8's for $.99.
Go figure.
First, who is Billy Wilson?
Secondly, I wouldn't give 'em five bucks if it was a PSA 18.

Wilson was a 9-15 pitcher over 5 seasons in the early 70's with the Phils........a real show stopper.

On a side note, this guy has a serious case of manboobitis

Anyway, how about this for a poor scan:
The card still sold for a reasonable amount: 55 Roberto PSA 5
