DMPL Reserved for Morgans?

Came across this Kennedy half dollar, never before seen anything in reguardfs to Kennedy's being DMPL? Your thoughts?

    The seller's view is if the third party grading service won't put DMPL on the slab, just put your own label on it! The coin does not look DMPL to me.

    It does kinda look like the proofs the mint has been producing lately though......................image
    I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.
