It's easier to find laminated war nix than one's without problems IMHO. It's a good example to keep for conversation.

Add value? No, not really, especially heavily circulated like the specimen shown. The Silver War nickels were prone to lamination errors..or shoujld I say "peels" on the planchets. I guess MS nickels with heavy laminations (I have about 6 or 7 with very noticable lamination flaws, they are actually kind of ugly) on the surfaces could be considered collectible by some, but not many. Sort of a conversation piece if nothing else...keep it!

Lamination. The maganese didn't alloy well with the silver & copper.
