quick question about 1996-w roosevelt dime

did all mint sets include this W mintmark roosevelt dime? would it be in the philly or the denver package? thanks

    All sets had them. They were in their own third sheet of plastic, inside a cardboard folder.

    They were in all, but many people would pull them and sell the remaining sets to the unsuspecting.

    I've seen them in varying places inside the envelope but they all had this coin. This
    thing is very easy to lose since it's so small and light and would guess at least hundreds,
    if not thousands, have simply been discarded with the packaging after they were over-
    looked or not looked for at all.

  • The Philadelphia and Denver are Packaged together. The dime should be included in it's separate plastic film.
