Turnaround Time?

I know this is a PSA board, but I have much more faith in you guys than those yahoos over on the BGS board. For the guys that sometime submit to BGS, how long does it usually take for a 10 day service level entry to be logged into their system and does their 10 day clock start when it's logged? Again, I'm sorry for posting here, but I posted over on the BGS boards and all they're concerned with over there is Mailday Mojo (?!?) and whatever else they do over there...
