Anyone get any new coins for their Registry Sets from last week's coin show/auctions?

I won 1 coin from Heritage, but want to image myself and then post here.

I'd love to see what others got, however, so post what you got in this thread.

Thanks!

I picked-up the 1823/2 small E dime from Heritage. I don't know how to post a pic of it.

    Yes,

Picked up an 1892 half dollar in PCGS MS 67 from Heritage auction. That is a two point upgrade to my first coin purchased for the set. It's the Troy Wiseman coin and I don't have it yet, but images are on Heritage's site. I had hoped to pick up the 08-D in PCGS 66, but my representative told me the coin wasn't very nice and the reserve was set very high. That date is the last one I need in gem to have the complete barber half dollar set in gem.

I wound up winning a 1900 PCGS PR64 CAM Morgan Dollar. This is the only coin I won (bid on like 22 lots). It's nice that the auction wasn't a total blank for me.

This is the second coin for my 1900 Proof set w/Gold I'm building for my daughter.

The goal is to assemble coins that have immediate eye appeal.

The above is only the second coin of this set (I have a ways to go.......)

I would have loved to have won the 1900 PCGS PR65 CAM IHC, but this coin sold to a floor bidder for $5k. Apparently the coin was smokin' when viewed in hand. I bid around $3.2K (PCGS price guide is $1,800) and thought I had it locked. Apparently, THIS was the coin of all coins and the price hammered reflects it.

Net-net, I am VERY pleased with the coin I did win. The 1900 Proof coinage, especially the Morgans in CAM are tough!

I have been busy with work for months. I am just getting back into the collection. I am out of touch with the prices needed to complete my sets of proofs. 1953 NGC Franklin $60k in PR68UCAM. 1968 No S Roosie for big $. I am kicking myself for not bidding on the 1968 NoS from Kreuter's collection a few years ago. I believe it went for $14k versus 3X today.

    No winning bids.

Just found out I won a 1922 No D Weak Rev variety in VF 30 that I simply wanted to have an example of.
