New ANACS holders - opinions about the coins

I took the time at Long Beach to surf through the Heritage lots in the upcoming Internet Only auction. My observation for US type (non-gold) is that many of the new ANACs coins are very attractive. About 80% of the ngc/pcgs coins I call "technicals" - they hit a number grade, but just are not that attractive to me. I am certainly no expert - but I do have a "look" that I'm trying to achieve for my MS and PR type collection. There were several 62 and 63 coins in the new ANACs holders that I liked better than 63-64-65 coins in NGC or PCGS holders.

Is the Heritage auction a dumping ground for "technicals"?

What are the forum members opinions about the NEW ANAC's coins?

For the internet only auctions, that does seem to be the case. The tasty stuff goes in the signature sales.

For 1950 to 1970 era proof and SMS coins I liked the old ANACS better. They were more conservative in their grading of this type of material.
