  • I don't know, but as pathetic as they are, this game is too close.

The Falcons need a damn kicker!

perhaps they suck? Some teams do. Not sure if the Bucs are one of them, for I haven't watched them yet this year. It is a distinct possibility, however.

The refs are unbelievable awful, this should be a 17-7 Bucs game right now. Falcons needed the refs on both TD's, and a Brooks
run back was called back on a SORRY block in the back call. Im sick of the Zebras ruing game after game after game.

    Now that is pathetic.

Into the fourth quarter and the Bucs are wearing their a$$es as hats.

Now that's a proper explanation. Own up to it.

  • The refs are unbelievable awful,

I agree with commieboy - the bucccccs got away with pass inteference all day!

When will you ever own up to the facts, the bucs suck and so does the Noles, stop living in the past and join the rest of us in the present

Usual Joe excuses, man up, your team is perhaps worst team in NFC SOUTH... Caddy has a blown tire already

The ATL scored twice, they needed the refs on both of those drives. Bucs had a TD called back on a phantom holding call. Falcons
did well running between the 20's.

LOL!! Yeah, it's the refs fault that Simms & Caddy both SUCK and this team couldn't find the end zone with a compass!! image

Its the ref's fault that Gruden apologized to all the fans of the bucs last week....he can apologize again and 14 to come...

Problem is Gruden. He took a ready made super bowl team and injected a little life in the offense. He then won the super bowl with Tonys D and then proceded to create the team into his own image by shipping out leaders and good veterans. I said it before, good o coordinator, not a good head coach.

I think you couldn't be more wrong.

Everyone wants to give Dungy the credit for the Bucs team that went to the super bowl and won it, but let me ask, who built the raiders team that met them in the super bowl?

The problem is Simms' decision making - he's making horrible calls, he's indecisive, he's making bad reads. You name it, he's doing it wrong, and he's getting a ton of balls knocked down at the line of scrimmage.

At first I was worried about the bye in week 3- but now, it can't get here fast enough.

While I respect your points who do you think is responsible for bringing in Simms and handing him the starting QB position? He shipped out Brad Johson which was the worst thing he could have done. So now you have Simms as green as could be with no guidence from a good experienced QB.

Simms sat and watched for 2 years...an ideal situation for a young QB.

Johnson is the oldest QB in the league, and Gruden had to make the switch to youth.

Again, what about Gruden taking a Raiders franchise from 4-12 to 12-4 in three years, then to a super bowl appearance?

    Big deal!

His team he built got stomped by Tony's D. What does that say. He knew how to exploit the Raiders and he did it with a superior team. WOW! He shipped out players for personal reasons and replaced them with Canadian football league talent. He made wrong personel moves by shipping out players still playing at high levels. I could care less how old Johson is. He is still winning which is more than I can for the Bucs.

The Brad Johnson trade was ok, he had a bad 2003 after the superbowl year, but they did have major injuries especially at wide
out. Where Gruden screwed the pooch, was getting rid of Griese. All the guy did was win. Sims is too short and too dumb. he threw
three picks, one of them at the 1 yard line going in. Two of the picks were deflected 3 times and then caught. Bad luck? yes.

Im still not a Sims fan. I have to have faith is Gruden though.

I still can't believe how far Simms has regressed so far this year from last. I thought he had finally emerged as a decent QB last year and he had some real shootout wins in 2005 including that wild 36-35 win against the Skins, but this year he just looks flat out awful.

  • Simms seems to be gun shy. You won't last long in the NFL if you are gun shy.
