How come the Ben Frankilin

do not count towards the registry? Are they going to have any type of grade in the near future. Every other one has points but these do not count. Why?

In the Commemoratives Registry set it's too soon; they won't make it required until the end of the year. However, if you put it in a Modern Type Registry set, I bet it would work today.
