I was curious as to if PSA grades these and to whether there is a way to date them. I looked in the catalog of cards and there are no specific dates for them. I have some nice Reds that I would like to have done.

Red

Looking for 81-84 Topps Stickers in PSA 9 or better, 81 Topps Scratch offs, 83 Topps Fold outs in PSA 8 or better, 83 Fleer Stamps and 81/86 Fleer Star Stickers in PSA 9 or better.

    Does anyone know the answer to Red's original question about weather Psa grades these and how to date them ? ? ? ?
