Well you gotta see it to believe it.... we all saw how everyone went crazy over the WI Extra Leaf....

Now all of us in the "P" mint area have are own variety to look forward to....

I have named this one the "SMOKING CHIMNEY"

and it is found on Nebraska, Rev Die

named because it looks like the famous Chimney Rock appears to have smoke coming out of it!

Start looking for them...may just be the next big thing!

I don't like it. It's a common die scratch. This doesn't mean that if they got popular that I wouldn't sell some if I found them.

It would appear that the design of the NE quarter may lend itself to the die cracking there. Interesting.

Sorry, yes it is a die crack, I have had some slabbed by ICG with the Variety noted! I recently showed them and it appears to have quite a big fan base.....start looking as I think they might be worth something....sorry for the bad pic....really hard to photograph.... however if you see the coin in person its quite striking...you do not need to use a glass at all....its also very interesting how it cracked right above the Chimney Rock....if I did not know better I would say someone at the mint was playing with the die and created it!
