Fatima Team Cards, this one look like its worth the money?

anyone's opinon with some knowledge on the 1913 Fatima Team Cards would be appreicated. I can pick this card up for $230. Worth it? He has told me it has no creases, bends, or stains. It is the Philadelphia American Lg. He also said the card measures 4 1/2 x 2 1/2, I wan't to make sure thats what its supposed to measure. Thanks.

    ohhhh ok, good to know, trimmed ahead of time..thought price was too good for what condition looks like
