Heritage Long Beach Greyside Auction

I just got home from the Heritage auction of the Dominion and Wellington collections at the Long Beach show. This was probably the largest auction of Canadian coins since Belzberg. 922 greyside lots over 5-1/2 hours. A few random highlights (all prices are hammer, add 15% for actual selling price).
1859 brass cent in PCGS F-15 = $10,000
1955 cent w/o strap in PCGS MS-64 red = $4,500
1921 5 cent in PCGS MS-64 = $24,000
1936 Dot 10 cent in PCGS SP-63 = $100,000
1906 small crown 25 cent in PCGS AU-55 = $17,000
1870 no LCW 50 cent in PCGS MS-60 = $22,000
1888 50 cent in ICCS MS-63 = $24,000
1921 50 cent in PCGS MS-65 = $100,000
All in all, a very entertaining auction. Well attended. Good coins were strong. Decent coins held their own.
