Hello,
A while back a gentleman gave my grandfather a stamp. It is a civil engineering stamp, and came with a letter telling about the stamp. I scanned in the envelope, stamp, and letter. The letter should explain most of it. The only thing missing is the address on the front of the envelope. I cropped this out to hide the gentlemans name that gave my pap the stamp. Anyhow the question I have is if anyone knows anything about this stamp, and if it has any value.
Thank you for your help.

They are very attractive and make a most interesting collection, especially with the envelope and original letter.
However, I'd keep the day job. The stamp is quite common.
You have sentimental value here, not monetary.
