2001 TIGER WOODS UPPER DECK card #1 w/ shirt

Is anyone familiar with this version that comes graded by BGS, and has a small swatch of the shirt attached? I have never seen a PSA one with the shirt. Is this some type of gimmick that someone has made? Even the couple on EBAY that are BGS are in a different holder than usual. Let me know if anyone knows anything....

The shirt is in the flip. BGS has this type of grading where you can turn any card into a "game used" card. Take the G out of BGS and you have BS............
