(for the most part, I think you are right, however, some are valued more than others in the series and, once holdered as MS69/70, not everyone will sell them at "just over spot")

Dude, he didn't specify that they were 96s. Most all other years are pretty much slightly over spot.
I just looked through my set of ms69's and noticed that some are getting one or two spots on them will this effect their value in the future? Also besides the 96 has anyone seen the price of the millinneum coin.
Yeah those milk spots will kill your coins...I do not think that price on the millinneum will hold over time as I feel it is the same coin as the regular 2000 BU, unless someone can prove different.
