PSA's ebay handle?

Just curious if anyone know's what major handle PSA uses on ebay, I've heard they do get on there and buy graded cards that really shouldn't be graded as high as they are just to get them off the market.

everytime I've heard of a buyback from an auction it's been thru a dealer.
