<< <i>As far as I know Anacs hasn't put out a pop report since about October, 2000. If they ever do, I'll buy one. >>
I think that's the last one I have, but I'll be hungif I can lay my hands on it right now. I'll look around some more, and I won't be ashamed to post the pops when I do.

Incomplete planchets wanted, especially Lincoln Cents & type coins.

The last one I have is also March 2004, and I ordered it late in 2004 and was told when I ordered it that I would get a newer one, as they did it twice a year. But nope, got the old one, and although I really want/need one, I've assumed that will happen again and not ordered. If that was the last one, mine is still useless today, and their not doing a pop report is another mark against them. Their variety pops were important to me, and I had no problem paying around $40, I think it was.

flaminio, thanks, that 66 5s is mine. nothing listed as 5.5 or 6 steps in ms-66 i assume?
btw, i went over to the anacs site and they are no longer offering the pop report for sale. i don't know if it was discontinued completely or not. thanks all for the info.
Most recent pop report is dated 11/05. A new one will be out in a month or so. I'm busy sniping Herritage right now & promise to look it up for you a bit later tonight.
nice, it's been 8 years since i made this one, and another hasn't shown up since.
pcgs recently crossed it as 65fs, and then backed off, and changed their mind (and their record in their system) before returning it to me in the original anacs slab.
i'll try to figure out the pic posting trick soon and post it here.
"...pcgs recently crossed it as 65fs, and then backed off,..."
That seems to be happening more now than ever. They report a grade via their website but the coin comes back in original holder. What's up w/that?
In most cases where that has happened to me, I simply printed off the submission results page AND the cert verification page and sent it back under mechanical error (with a succinctly worded letter detailing the various inconsistincies) and it came back the 2nd time the way the system showed it should've (come back) the 1st time.
Certainly worth a try & won't be any charge except for shipping it to them.
rb, that's exactly what i did, per the instructions of customer service. still ng! they must have bad memories of the 60-d debacle. apologies and a couple of free submissions to cover my postage.

1953 5c:
MS66 - 4/0
MS66 5s - 1/0
Good luck hunting that 1/0 down...

Wow, sweet! Post a pic! Yeah, nothing in 5.5 or 6 steps, and nothing higher than the 66. According to ANACS, you have the finest in the world
OK, got my bids in.
Now, your question - top pop 1/0 (& NO 6S)
For those that want one, just give them a call.
