Does anyone know what this grade (of lack of) is:

1989 O-PEE-CHEE K NOLAN RYAN BOX PANELS-HAND CUT ----N0-----

THEY LIST A BUNCH OF N`S N-1,N-2 ETC. BUT NO --- N0.

    might have been too big to holder.

    [PSA is not consistent with grading of box bottom cards]
    I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.

    N0 is for Authentic. It should be slabbed, but with no graded.

    Thanks for the replies.

    I found a more detailed description of the issue.

    The card was cut (not by me) and I guess PSA decided it needed the black line around the card to qualify for a grade.
