    Looks British?

    You might try this site. I'm sure there are lots of others - Google is helpful for finding them

    I didn't have the patience to look through them all.
    That dating system is almost worthy or a Darwin award with a bunch of letters looking almost identical. image

    It's all in the shape of the shield from what I gathered.

    Indeed. There are some tricky ones though, e.g. 1793 vs. 1819 image

  • Yeah I think it is 1915 Birmingham, England and made out of sterling silver.
