Napolean Lajoie 1908 baseball guide - Please help

Hey guys, have any of you seen this Lajoie item before? A guy at work that doesn't even collect sports stuff let me borrow this to read when I mentioned I buy vintage baseball stuff. The cover has a few creases and a small piece missing, but other than that is in great condition -- there are articles and advertisements of Ty Cobb, Walter Johnson, Addie Joss, and many other greats. As I collect cards and autographs, I do not collect books....and couldn't find or give an accurate price estimate for such an item. Do any of you have a clue how much this may be worth?

It has 288 pages and many great photos...the Ty Cobb ads inside are awesome.

There was a series of three 1906, 1907 and 1908 being the last. The guides were done while Lajoie was the player manager for Cleveland. The editorial work was done by M.A. Bobrick, whose name appears as a co-author. They were published by The American Publishing Company of Cleveland.
I havent seen any around in awhile. The "guide" price, going back a few years, lists the one you show as 60.00 in good, 120.00 in VG, 180.00 in EX and 360 in NM.
Quite a bit harder to find than the Reach and Spalding guides of the same time frame......

Very nice item. i would think the prices given may be a tad higher now too.

I also have an old magazine (1910) ish that has some old baseball stories in it.
