Are Card Savers I's required to submit cards ??

I'm out of Card Savers !!! Does anyone out there send in cards in other holders ? If so, what has been your experience ? I don't want to wait for Card Savers before I can send in my cards !!! I only have the flimsy holders and ridgid holders . Thanks MIke

Mike - it is not an absolute requirement, but PSA basically says that if you don't use Card Saver I's, the cards you submit are more likely to get damaged - and PSA assumes no responsibility for such.

They are very easy to find on Ebay. Just search there. They are approximately ~$5 per 100, but do note shipping costs. I find it easiest to buy 500 at a time...

Not an absolute requirement but if graders prefer them, do you really want to piss them off right before they grade your cards? I would ONLY use card savers 1's just for that reason. Graders are human and you want them in the best mood possible.

I have only used them when i have gotten them with my PSA renewal kits. Same with the labels that they include. I havent noticed any strange results that I have gotten back indicating any damage to the cards. Though it might be easier to get them in and out without losing too much skin at the base of your finger nails.
