Hello, think this coin is .900 fine gold not sure bought years ago and trying to figure out it's value? the coin is the size of a nickel

    Seems to be referencing Mary Queen of Scots. I also wonder if it references a reportedly open file in support of her canonization.

    It looks like it may have come from this series, sounds like the same size and the style is similar:

    Looks similar, your scan is much better as mine also gives the proof or proof like appearance.
