Renewal specials

After lurking on the board for awhile I decided to actually join PSA about a year ago. I have submitted about 60-70 cards and have generally enjoyed being a member. My membership is up in a few days and nobody from PSA has sent anything or called about renewal. I called today and they offered me ten bucks off the new member rate. Is that standard? I thought that the renewal specials were a little sweeter than that.

Considering that most month's specials don't appeal to me, I might be better off waiting until they do another 1972 to present $5 deal and then renewing at that time.

Has anyone been offered a sweeter renewal deal?

    No, $10 off is the norm.

    remember when you renew you still get your free submissions as well.

    And you don't have to use your submissions right away, but you do get immediate access to the pop report.
