It looks like strike doubling. There is no listing I can find for a '76 t II DDR.
If the second striking is flat and shelf like, vs rounded, it is strike doubling.
That is caused by the die jumping around on the coin. It is also know as machine doubling.
True Double Dies are stamped into the die by the hub which has rotated ever so slightly. The resulting coin then has the exact same lok at the die, and many coins that look exactly the same can be minted. With machine doubled coins, no two coins will look exactly alike.
Look at pictures of 55 double die cents.....identical from a die diagnostic perspective.

What would be the value of this coin roughly?
I’m assuming you want to know if that is a Doubled Die as you didn’t state what you want to know.
The answer is no, it’s not, that is Machine/ Mechanical Doubling, one of the worthless doublings.
It has a value of 1 dollar.

To give you a precise answer, about $1. MD is not an area that is collected.
The only place that you see WAY overpriced MD claimed to be double die coins is on EBay, where there are a lot of uninformed people, to put it nicely and not use the word stupid.
Live by this. Knowing that other than for your own enjoyment, there is no or very little, premium.

I apologize but the question I had was that what kind of doubling it had? Took coin to coin show Saturday and everyone there confirmed it was a valuable Doubled Die didn’t mention the class doubling it was or the value but after it’s certified il find out.
Even the feet/legs of eagle are Doubled Die.
No where near machine doubling.
This coin will be the first Doubled Die in the whole series of the Eisenhower One Dollar Coin.
Good for you. I can see you are itching to send it to PCGS so why don't you go Express and get it back in a few days. Keep us updated!

How much did they offer you for it? 🤔
Resurrect old threads in another forum. This ain’t working for you here, @23Vasquez23.
To be fair, to my eyes the coin posted by “23 Vazquez” (not the 3 post OP) does appear to be doubled as much as some CPG listed DDOs and DDRs I recall seeing. But I will defer to the Ike experts who posted in this thread.
Nice example of mechanical doubling – nothing more

Fred nailed it. It's a pretty nice example of mechanical (machine) doubling. Unfortunately no grading service recognizes that since no two coins will be identical. Therefore no one collects them

It is a single-collector niche,
But it’s trending.
