Separating Kelloggs Panels......

What is the best way to separate Kelloggs panels ? Should they be cut or pulled or is there another method that keeps the card looking gem.

    From what i recall reading on this board, PSA thinks perforated cards are to be pulled apart rather than neatly cut with a blade. Cutting on the perforation will result in PSA rejecting the card as "trimmed."
