Help with ID .... Thalers? ....

I have no reference materials for 18-Century coinage, so I'm out of luck on IDing these guys. I got as far as 3 provinces (1772 Baden, 1767 Saxony, 1764 Augsburg) and France, I think, on the 1718 piece.
These haven't been given an acetone bath yet, and the orange stuff on the French? coin feels like soft gunk that somehow got into a plastic flip that houses the coin (should dissolve in acetone).
I love the workmanship on these. The reverse on the Baden? coin is mindblowing (see link to a larger image at the bottom).
Comments, opinions, please. On the coins, and also on a good reference for this era (Krause 18th Century?).
Thank you for your time,
Roman.

And here's the enlarged reverse I consider to be of most beautiful design...

this one might be better
We had a coin show here this past weekend, and I saw some nice 8R but didn't have your list to pick from...
I'm interested in the first Thaler if you're a seller..

Cacheman, I can't say that i'm serious about these. I just happen to acquire 4 in the last few weeks. Not something that happens all the time, since it's not my area of interest. I know I will be investing in at least one or two reference books, though.
I was able to attribute the last coin. It's a French Louis XV (1715-1774) Ecu De Navarre 1718, 24.3 grams of .917 silver.
I'll continue my search tomorrow.

I am interested in buying some F-UNC Thalers, Germany, Austrian, any thalers basically.
Can pay around $12 per coin at the most!
If thats too little then I might be able to add some other coins in.

Ordered "German Talers" by John S. Davenport through my local book store and should have it in a week. I'll continue refining my searches on google and some russian numismatic sites in the meantime.
