Need help on sending PM's

I can receive PM's but when I try to send one I click on the lock and no dialog box appears to type the message. I have the box for the "Send a Message To" but no box in which to type the message. Any suggestions would be appreciated. It doesn't seem to matter whether I use Netscape or Explorer.

Not sure, Maybe your pop-up blocker is catching it... Did you try to add the CU board to pop-up trusted(whatever popup uses) to get by the pop-up blocker.
