Question about PSA's special ?

This might sound dumb but i am taking the special as any card 1960 - present for 6.00 dollars and any tallboy from any year 6.00 dollars. As
long as the value is 75.00 dollars or under.
Anyways am i reading the special right ? The reason is because i already have my submissions ready to go !!
It also states that autographed cards from 1998 to present are also good for this special. As far as i know there are no 1998 to present tallboys which brought me to the conclusion that any card with a 75.00 dollar value or less from 1960 to present is okay with this special.
Anyways, am i correct ??

I thought it was ONLY Tall Boys but the point you make about them saying 1998 autos maybe included is misleading. I would e-mail them before sending it off.

no, i read it as only a tall boy special. not regular cards. the autograph reference is attached to every special they post.
