I don't know why PCGS didn't give this one a grade of MS66. Nice color and flashy lustre. The dies were rotated approximately 10% on this coin.

Slight weakness of strike on the eagle's breast feathers held PCGS back from grading this one point higher. A nice mint-set toned coin, displaying nice, if subtle, color on the obverse as well as the reverse, a lot of which does not show in the images.
