How "rare" are blank/white-back or front cards in the 1980s?

Just curious how many (for example) 1988 Topps cards had white fronts or backs with a normal opposite side? Or how many cards had one player on the front and a different player's info on the back?

I have a bunch of 82s if you are collecting them.
Blank/front back is more common in my travels in 87-89 topps and I remember alot of switched backs in early Score. Not too many 89 Fleer and I am still awaiting a response on a blank front FF variation *hint*hint* (GP)
I agree with quality control issues now vs. then.
3 Blue,White,Yellow.
I have a pretty good E/V book if anyone has questions.

I think I'm gonna buy an 89 Fleer case from bbexchange tonight. Maybe an 88 topps one as well. I seek these variations.
