Flip question

I am correct in thinking that older flips on the reverse are a lighter color blue and say "A collectors Universe Company" on the back, while the newer flips are a darker blue and say "A Division Of Collectors Universe".

I purchased a 1990 Topps Traded Emmit and the back of the flip is the lighter color mentioned above.

Plus, on the older holders the P and the A on PA Sports are in white letters while on the newer submissions the two letters are in light gray.
