How do you handle this situation! PSA Malfunction!

I received this PSA slab from a reputable seller and this is how it looks.

I don't know what my options are. Seller has no refunds on slabs. I like the card alot anyways. Unfortunately it's incorrectly holdered. So what now?Will PSA fix this problem? Or do I have to get a membership and Pay for a reholder fee? The card will not shake free.

I say you find a trusted Board Memeber and have them send it in for you. Saves you the $90 membership. Well, unless you were planning on joining again

For a mech error (a PSA mis label) or a holder malfunction
they will reholder it at their expense and ship it back to you.
You kust have to send it to them or hand it to them at a show...jay

Somehow I doubt they would insist on membership for fixing a problem like that. It would just depend on if you spoke to the right customer service rep or not.

I had a similar issue. I just sent it back with a note explaining the situation. They took care of it and sent it back. No charge

Be aware, mechanical replacement subs are put on perpetual hold, 'til there is a lull in grading (I've waited close to a month for a mech error return)...

With the kids returning to school, this should be a good time. good luck
