Ebay Auctions to Avoid

Since there are so many posts of phoney e-bay auctions, I think it would be a good idea to make a constant thread running that contained the Item # and/or a link and a short description on the problem with the auction. That way somebody can look at this thread and see if their auction has any problems. Obviously, if you find something rediculous post it seperately so we can enjoy the stupidity, but also include it on this long running thread of bad auctions.

half the posts on Net 54 are about an auction to avoid. Certainly no shortage.

As omeone who doesn't buy from ebay a lot, and is still earning what to look for in trimmed, altered or counterfit cards, let alone fraudulent auctions, I think this is a fine idea to have one thread devoted to this topic. Good call!
  • less than 4 months and 150 post and you have ideas on everything................................................ I myself like reading them seperate. Don't open them if you don't want to read it!
  • I'm sorry you don't like my idea. I don't want to change anything on the board. The posts now are great. I just think a database thread would be a nice in addition to the posts now. Since nobody has put anything up on this thread, I'm guessing its not a good idea.
