basement find

I was cleaning out my basement today and found a set of autographs cards. I think I purchased these from Toys R Us about 7 to 10 tears ago. The cards are on a small black plaque.

I have the following:

Tom Glavine

Dave Justice

Drew Bledsoe

Andres Galarraga

Lenny Dyksta

Roberto Alomar

Bob Feller

It seems that there about 2000 of each autograph.

Does anybody have any reason to believe that the auto are not real. It is not worth it to send these items to PSA or JSA.

My assumption is the auto are OK.

Does anubody elese have any cards like this or remember seeing them.

Thanks

Tom

Can you provide instructions on how to post a scan ?

I am new here. Is there a time you need to be a member before you post a scan like beckett.

The card is Sporting News ( Conlon Collection number 370) . The front describes his no hitter on 4/16/40.

when you scan it save the pic, then when replying go to "attach file" and add that file and it'll come up as an attachment. Should be good to go.

I used to buy auto's at Toys R Us also. I believe they are from the Treat company who sold at major chains including Wal Mart and K Mart. If I remember correctly, I used to have a Conlon signed Feller card that I bought at either Toys R Us or K Mart. I wouldn't worry about them not being authentic as most of them are not superstars. Either way, they are cool autographs!
    Looking for Carl Willey items.

Here's a card that's probably close to yours. Bob Feller signed a lot of these back in the 90s.

Jimq-That's Fells auto alright. Even when he signs more compact the loops are how you can tell. I have a 5X7, 3 baseball cards, and an 8x10 to compare others too.

I know it's good, I handed him the card to sign. He was here with enos country slaughter, I was lucky enough to meet them and spend maybe 10 minutes listening to stories. They were here for a company called megacards.

exodia, is that the style card you have?

I bought one of those from Toys 'R US in the early or mid 90's as well. I don't have it anymore but it was a Mike Mussina Classic auto card I believe. It was 20 dollars and since he was with Baltimore at the time I picked it up for the heck of it. It also came in a black plaque that said Mike Mussina on the bottom.
