eBay fake 1990 No S proof set not sold

Not sure how to do the link but the Item number is 150027297401 . It's described as a "1990 US MINT PRESTIGE SET PENNY MISSING S MINT SEALED?? THE VERY RARE NO S SET! OOOPS HARD TO FIND SO I'M TOLD!" You can see from the auction photo that the penny has no frost or cameo surface, thus it is clearly a 1990 business strike that was inserted into a 1990 Prestige proof set. Edit to add: lots of questions came to the seller, the auction was ended early and all bids were cancelled. I don't know if someone reported this to eBay or not.
