A Customer Found this Metal Detecting

The clasp was marked .417 meaning it was made of 10K gold. The rest of the cross tested a bit weaker than 10K and the stones were not diamonds. While it looks quite old, the fake stones seem to indicate to me that the item is not that old.
I don't have the item here anymore, but I believe it was around 3 1/2 inches long.
Any ideas how old this may be? Any other info?
