So, Hi Fivecents... It is and I haven't ...
I'm still waiting... My last platinum membership ran out ... I submitted about 2 grand worth in economy submissions and errors and gold when I joined , but then it was time to send this and I could not find a look up number, so I wrote and called, and wrote and called.. After 7 months, I just got notice that my membership expired, so I re joined
... still hoping
