    1868 thru 1878 , the 77 and 78 come both ways

    Also, 1864 to 1867, with the B2 obv.....I think.

    I think the die numbers date back to at least 1864.

    Mac , your right, missed that in Krause. KM# 746.2 and KM#746.3 have die numbers

    1864 to 1879, the latter with die number very rare. Source: ESC and Spink 2006.

    Unlike many of the other denominations, no pre-1864 florins are known with die numbers anywhere on the coin - that would not necessarily mean they do not exist but certainly never reported and not in any catalog that I am aware of.
