If the ad wasn't bad enough, it's for a coin that flipped over and is showing the rev instead of the obv with the rest of the coins......

    Well, what he has is a packaging error. I don't think it is fair to call him a loser. Maybe he is unknowing and could use direction?

    His auction starts at $.99. There is no claim of huge value. The auction reads like a sales barker in a cheap loud suit--which has always been legal. This a basic caveat emptor.

    I haven't reviewed your postings but I've seen a lot of members here straining hard to find fault with ebay sellers when they are really just run of the muck, tolerably and expectedly sleazy, junk sellers. There is nothing wrong with a junk seller. If you don't want any junk, move on.
