Curious as to what the seller may include for shipping and handling on this 99 cent item that only has a couple of hours left with no bids, I had me a look. Remember that you need to roughly double pounds to get dollar value.

I recall seeing some guy selling PSA 10 graded GI Joe cards for .99 cents and $100 for s/h. I asked him if I could just come and pick it up, he said "Yeah, but you'd still have to pay the $100 for handling."

The ChiComs pay ZERO listing fees to eBay.

The one-penny and 99-cent auctions are NOT
a violation of eBay's TOS/listing policies. eBay
is letting the inflated shipping slide for the ChiComs,
but is cancelling USA listings for far less blatant
violations of the shipping policy.

A one-cent or 99-cent BIN/FP with inflated shipping
would be a violation. But the auctions are not
because the seller "has no control over the
final selling price."
