What are your thoughts on Teletrade vs. ebay vs. Heritage, etc.? What are each good at realizing maximum value (including fees) and what they are bad at?

I buy from both Teletrade and Ebay. Teletrade hits you with a 12% buyers fee but their photos of coins are superior for the most part.

I'm fairly certain that to maximize value of my collection of capped bust half dimes by die marriage and remarriage that my coins will someday sell through Heritage. Could be during my lifetime, my daughter's lifetime, or sometime after that. They have done a fairly decent job at selling some notable die marriage or die variety collections as of late.
