Sports Card Direct (SCD) Crossover question

I was looking at some SCD cards on eBay that look nice, but if I bought them, I'd like to cross them over. What are the odds of those cards coming back trimmed from PSA?

The original SCDA (red flip) was Sports Collectors Digest Authentic, and their grading and ability to detect alterations was good.
Unfortunately, after they went out of business, they sold their equipment off to a company that does business as Sports Cards Direct Authentic (blue flip), and these guys are not high-quality graders. People on these boards who have cracked out and submitted cards to PSA from Sports Cards Direct have come back with high percentages of altered card rejections.
