Take what he is asking and make a very large mental note...all the annoyance of further deliberations is not worth the extra money. Plus, you still made money, and you gathered much needed information for future deals...or lack of them.

I'm kind of surprised that folks add to a thread without reading the preceding posts. I feel like such a dork for thinking that people followed the flow of a discussion before contributing their thoughts. image

If he's trying to pay you too much, just cheerfully accept it.

If he's trying to cheat you out of your hard earned commission, out the farging bastige image

Now I'll go and read the whole thread.

Would you believe it if I told you we are still arguing over it? That Coinguy1 is as stubborn as a mule. He thinks he beat me, but I will show him...it'll be our little secret....hehehe

It's fine with me if Mark wants to pay the fee. image

Nocerino18 has not passed the bar yet (not that I think you need to be licensed to arbitrate something). I will do it for $250. image

This "argument" has been amicably settled, despite the fact that two extremely stubborn people were involved. image

You attorneys can't tie your own shoes for $250. While you will offer to do it for $250, there will be countless hours of additional "research", document processing, luncheon meetings, travel expenditures, etc. Before we are through, Mark and I will each owe you $10,000 for dispute an argument over $100--been there, done that. image
